I was awarded a Jerwood Arvon Young Playwright’s Apprenticeship in 2006 and was Pearson Playwright in Residence at the National Theatre in 2010.

There’s a real love for language on show, a delight in Standish’s unique way of expressing himself, and “word collecting”
